Falling...Tumbling...Swirls of thought.

Bubles of intuition, whiffs of plot.

Dancing..Singing...keeping pace.

Fields of inspiration, rainbows of grace.

Wah wah Wednesday

On Wednesdays my mind turns to music.  We are getting ready for the coming Sunday service, choosing songs for worship, deciding who will sing what solo and who will play what instrument.  I absolutely love music...always have.

Now, you may think that a strange statement since most everyone in the whole world loves some type of music, right?  But I have noticed there are some people who have music in them all the time.  They are the ones who hum a tune as they go about their day.  You think they are just unnaturally happy and sickeningly positive, but maybe not.  Some people just have music in them like others have a nose or a big toe.  It is just a natural part of who they are.  Maybe they tap their foot constantly or drum their fingers or nod to a silent rhythm.

Their parents will say "Little Johnny used to stop and listen to music when he was a baby.  You could just see him thinking about it. (dancing to it, directing in the crib)."  Music is a constant in their heads.

Maybe it seems psychotic to those who do not carry a tune in them constantly, but I believe it is just the way they are.  Some people are born to athletics.  Some are born to calculate.  Some are born to words.  Some are born to music.

So I will post one of my favorite songs today for all of you music lovers and all of you music maestros.  Worship along with Kari Jobe and Gateway in this classic worship piece.  If you don't have 7 mins and 18 seconds of time to Bliss out in the Spirit, then skip ahead to about 3:30 and bliss from there!

Enjoy this moment with Jesus! Catch you next time! lalala hummdee do hmmmmlalala!
